This distinguished building blends historical charm with modern living. Originally constructed in 1907, this Gothic-style edifice was designed by the renowned architect Sir William Emerson. In 2016, the building underwent a meticulous conversion into 29 contemporary apartments, preserving its architectural heritage while offering modern comforts. The 29 apartments feature a mixture of 1,2,3 & 4 bedroom units. Our luxurious accommodation provides high standard services, including high quality cleaning services, safe working environment with impressive high speed free Wi-Fi and views of Big Ben and the Westminster neighborhood. With 24/7 emergency assistance for any emergencies, our friendly staff are always around to give advice on the best places to eat, walk and explore. Each apartment is designed to the highest standard offering comfortability and stylish interiors. Fully fitted kitchen with appliances and general kitchenware. We also offer complimentary welcome pack, which includes Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and biscuits. The Living Area offering Large smart TVs, sofa beds*, and spacious dining area. Whilst the bedrooms have in built wardrobe, comfy beds with high quality linen. Bathrooms include toiletries and soft towels. *Please note that for the sofa beds to be setup it needs to be requested in advance prior to arrival and costs an extra charge of GBP 50 per night.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties or get together.

Guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival.

The lead guest must be 21 years or older and will be required to present a valid photo ID and payment card upon check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at an additional fee, subject to availability.

Weekly cleaning service is included in the rates. A cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee of GBP 30 to GBP 80, depending on the type of apartment booked. Daily cleaning is not included in the price.

A damage deposit will be taken by booking.com and will be charged for any damage caused subject to an inspection of the property upon check-out.

A penalty fee of GBP 250 will be charged if guests are found smoking in the apartments.

Smoking is allowed on the terraces and designated areas.

Please inform the property in advance of any special requests you may have and note that they are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that images are for illustrative purposes; the actual apartment may differ slightly from the photos.

Sofa beds are also available on request, ideal for families or extra guests; however, there is an additional charge of GBP 50 when requested if the number of guests is below the apartment’s maximum capacity.
