Built in 1890 this Semi-Detached Character Property, despite being fully furnished has retained many of it's original features. ie; Original Style Windows and Original Inglenook Fireplace. My family and I operate a 'No Outside Footwear Zone' here so please be prepared to remove your outside footwear when entering my home. I only have 2 orher requests for Guests staying at my home: 1) Please No Hot Food to be consumed in their Room...There is A Dining Table in the Lounge for all guests to use. 2) Please respect other guests by keeping the communal areas clean and tidy after use. Please note: The Ground Floor Bedroom has a Full Size Double Bed and the 1st floor bedroom has a 'Small' Double Bed, both very comfortable.

I am a real People Person and I enjoy getting to know people. I am outgoing and friendly and love to make my guests feel at home. I like to give my guests space to feel comfortable but will always be at hand to be of assistance if needed, either face to face or by telephone. If not at home I am available to reach by telephone until 9 pm 7 days a week of after 9 pm 7 days a week for Emergencies only.

My home is quite close to Chester Road, situated in Sandycroft Village which has 2 local pubs nearby (The White Bear and The Bridge Inn) The White Chapel is just 2 minutes away. Set in a very quiet village with Lambs in the field opposite which you may hear on a still evening. We have a small Co-op, Budgens, Local Butcher and a sandwich shop in walking distance and Asda a mile away. We also have a 'small' convenience store in the same street. Apex Karting Chester is only 15 mins away walking or 3 mins away by car (1 mile) The Boardroom Climbing Centre is only 11 mins away walking or 2 mins away by car (0.5 miles) Broughton Park and Cineworld Cinema are just 3.5 miles away. Chester City and Cathedral are 8 miles away. Chester Zoo is 5.72 miles away. Wepre Park is less than an hour on foot or just 9 mins by car (3.0 miles)d
