My property is a 3 year old Abi Trieste, 6 berth, 2 bedroom caravan, 36 x12 (feet), situated on Alberta Holiday Park, Seasalter .. the beach is just across the road and it's possible to walk along the path/beach into nearby Whitstable .. the caravan is well presented and and contains all you need for a nice stay (please note that towels are not provided) .. the holiday park has a clubhouse with a bar, restaurant, arcade, pool table, dartboard and two tv screens .. there is bingo (pass required), live entertainment and a late night disco (see social media for details) .. other amenities include an outdoor heated pool (pass required) , launderette and mini market .. please note, guests will need to purchase passes at reception to play bingo and to use the pool (park rules) .. please note, the park does not allow parking on the grass beside the caravans, please only park in the dedicated parking bays around the perimeter road, there are 5 bays opposite my caravan and more nearby .. On checkout please close all the windows, turn off all the lights and all the switches {except the fridge/freezer) .. lock the front door, place the key inside the lock box and scramble the numbers.

I am a retired 69 year old gentlemen .. I lead an active life and take part in a number of local activities including table tennis, walking football and a chess club .. I play pool in the local Whitstable Pub League and I'm also a decent archer, having shot for my club in the Kent Archery League .. I am also a semi professional photographer with a passion for wildlife and can often be found at the local nature reserve Stodmarsh and wildlife parks Howletts and Wingham .. I also host the pub quiz over the road at the Oyster Pearl, which takes place every 2nd Tuesday at 8pm ..I am now in a position to offer my caravan and hosting skills to you for your stay by the sea .. Seaside location .. close to beach .. Whitstable, nearby seaside town only 5 minutes by car .. Cathedral town of Canterbury only 15 minutes by car. Seaside towns Broadstairs, Margate and Ramsgate only 35 minutes by car ..he Oytser Pearl across the road serves outstanding food and has entertainment most weekends and a pub quiz, which I host, every 2nd Tuesday at 8pm .. about a mile away towards Whitstable you will find the Rose in Bloom pub with a garden that looks out to sea, perfect for the amazing sunsets we often get here .. in Whitstable there is a Wetherspoons in what was The Peter Cushing Theatre and one of the best fish and chip shops in Kent called Ozzies.
