Trewinnick Lodge id a spacious three-bedroom modern barn conversion on a 44 acre former farm, now a regenerative tourism project. Set on the top of Trevillet Valley overlooking Bossiney Bay, in between the villages of Tintagel and Boscastle, it is the perfect location for exploring the North Cornish Coast. The site offers private wood fired hot tub and fabulous sunset views over the fields and sea (from March to September). Ps: please note we only allow 2 dogs per stay.

My husband is an environmentalist and I am a Naturopath, we are very passionate about nature and the environment and we dreamed for years about living the city and moving to the countryside near the coast, where we hopped to buy land to grow our food and open a Glamping business. It tool many years of searching to find Trewinnick Farm, it’s more than what we have dreamed, we live now in this beautiful 44 acre former farm with rolling fields and sea views. The land itself is beautiful and we are Rewilding and Reforesting since we moved in 2019 we have already planted over 14.000 trees! Our guests love our sustainable approach and they feel like they are contributing to our goals with the land and Glamping business which is still developing. They also I love that this is a very dog friendly place and we have a fully fenced massive fields for them to run around free and safely. We live here as well and are very sociable and easygoing. We give our guests privacy but are also happy to meet and chat if they wish. We enjoy sharing this space with guests and hope they enjoy as much as we do as we feel so blessed and grateful to live here.

Even though a car is necessary to get around here we are a short drive from Tintagel where you can visit the famous Tintagel Castle filled with Kings Arthurs Legends. There is the national trust Tintagel Old post office a 14th century medieval building. Tintagel offers a range of restaurants, pubs, shops, cafes and local supermarkets. You’ll find beautiful tidal beaches and coves like Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney/Benoath Cove. Boscastle village is also within a short distance drive with its iconic harbour, it also offers pubs, restaurants , cafes and a quirky witchcraft museum. Within walking distance, we have St. Nectans Glenn waterfall and cafe a very famous local attraction (15 minutes walk along fields and woodland, must cross a stream!). Within walking distance we also have the Tintagel Brewery and bistro serving great local Ale and also has beautiful views Zane a big garden area. For the hiking lovers we have public foothpath access for you to reach the SW coastal path in about 40 minutes walk, Tintagel in about one hour and Boscastle about 2 hours. A little further (7 miles, 15 minutes drive) you’ll find the famous Port Issac a small fishing village known for the filming location of the popular ITV series “Doc Martin”. It is also famous for being the home of the shanty group Fisherman’s Friends, who gained fame by singing sea shanties on the harbour. Other places to visit within 20-30 minutes drive: - Bude (seaside town with many facilities and a sea pool) -Polzeath beach (surfing beach) - Widemoth bay (surfing beach) And if you have never visited Cornwall, further afield you’ll find the famous attractions of The Eden project (21 miles, 45 min), The Heligans Gardens (26 miles, 1 hour), St. Ives (45miles, 1 hour + 15 min). We are a short drive from the A39 and about 30 minutes drive from the A30.
