Exceptionally clean and modern little house, it’s not tiny inside, the facilities were fabulous, everything you needed was available. Was nice to meet Heather and Ian, parking right in front of the house, would love to stay again when down that way.

It was a well thought out property. The bedroom on the ground floor works as it is cooler than upstairs. The layout upstairs works with the addition of the window seat and is light and airy.

Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Kinnesswood is a friendly, cosy, and award winning village (joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!) at the foot of Bishop Hill. Overlooking Loch Leven, you are surrounded by nature and scenic views, and can easily reach various popular destinations such as St. Andrews, Edinburgh, and Glasgow in under an hour by car.
