The annexe features a luxurious king-size bed and en-suite bathroom please note this is the only bathroom in the property access is through the bedroom. The open plan living area includes a small double sofa bed suitable for two young children or one adult. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy for guests to prepare their own meals during their stay. For added relaxation, the annexe features its own private hot tub in the annexe enclosed private garden. Perfect for guests to soak in after a long day exploring the surrounding area. Additionally, the private garden is also equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot for guests to enjoy a meal or drink while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

We are a family with 3 young children and live in the property adjacent to the annexe. We will be on hand if you require any assistance. We enjoy living in the beautiful village that is woodborough, walking and bike rides! But we are keen foodies enjoy a lovely meal in the city centre so feel free to ask for our suggestions!
