Welcome to The Roker Pier View I thoroughly enjoy communicating with guests and I am always at hand anytime day or night if I am needed. I feel first impressions are last impressions and they should come direct from the Host.

The Roker Pier View is a lovely two-level apartment offering some of the most spectacular views of Roker Pier and the lighthouse, perfect for a coastal getaway. On the upper floor, the spacious lounge boasts uninterrupted, panoramic views of the beach, pier, and sea, where you can watch surfers, and paddleboarders, and even spot dolphins if you’re lucky. The large windows allow you to enjoy these incredible sights year-round, right from the comfort of your own home. The apartment features three beautifully presented bedrooms. The first is an en-suite bedroom with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as king or twin beds, offering flexibility for couples or friends. The second bedroom, a double, also enjoys stunning views of the pier and lighthouse, making waking up to a coastal sunrise truly special. Then there is the beautifully presented single bedroom. There is also a family shower room on this floor. The lower floor houses the modern, well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy either indoors or even out on the beach. The apartment also offers two convenient parking spaces exclusively for guest use, Located outside the property. There is free wifi ,gas central heating and electric, linen and towels to use on the premises.

Situated just a five-minute stroll from the beach, The Roker Pier View places you at the heart of the action, with restaurants, fish and chips, and scenic walks right on your doorstep. Roker Hotel is just a three-minute walk away for a relaxing evening drink. For those who enjoy water sports, a sea sports adventure centre is a short five-minute walk away, offering activities such as paddleboarding and kayaking. The surrounding area is rich in attractions. For history enthusiasts, Beamish Museum is a 30-minute drive, and the historic city of Durham, known as "The Land of Prince Bishops," is also within easy reach. Whether you’re exploring the coastline, trying out the local seafood at Latimers, or cycling along the improved paths there is something to do , Take a trip into the city with pubs and restaurants, cinema and bowling. For the young at heart and the little ones a short drive by car or bus along the coast will take you too South shields fun fair, plenty of rides and amusements for all ages. Bonfire night a spectacular show of fireworks is displayed free of charge whilst you have fun riding the rides.
