The building was built in the late 1800's. It has been many businesses over the years and at one time it was a wool factory, hence the name we've chosen. We bought the building in December 2017 and have completely renovated it to 4 luxury apartments. It has been a very exciting challenge and we hope you will enjoy our beautiful and comfortable apartments.

Carlisle is a fantastic city, with great shops, bars and restaurants. There are many historical buildings to go and visit and lovely walks through the city centre and along the banks of the River Eden.
