The Old School House B&B is located in the village of Gairloch within walking distance of several places to eat and drink. The house has many period features but has been recently refurbished with a modern feel. The double room is not ensuite but has a bathroom exclusively for the use of the double room directly opposite the bedroom and the twin room has a large en-suite with walk-in shower, coffee machine, refrigerator, hairdryer and our best feature - the amazing views of the sea and mountains beyond. Breakfast is served in the room so guests can appreciate the views and enjoy a relaxed start to the day. There is also a guest lounge on the ground floor.

Emma and Rob moved to the area two years ago after spending 20 years living and working in the Spey valley. After a year working in Kefalonia in Greece as an Ionian Island holiday Rep and Skipper on a marine adventure boat before they decided to move to the west coast of scotland with their two cocker spaniels to start a B&B. We enjoy meeting guests from all over the world and try and do our very best to make sure you enjoy your stay in Gairloch and get the most from your travels to the West Coast!

There is so much to see and do in and around Gairloch including some amazing sandy beaches, great walks on and off the beaten track, the Gairloch Heritage museum, Inverewe Gardens, canoeing and the very popular boat trips to see the wildlife that can be found locally including whales, dolphins and seals.
