Spectacular luxurious,spacious and warm in the penthouse apartment of this converted Victorian watertower 180m2 living space
Unique landmark. Tallest private residence for miles around. Converted water tower built 1941 in Tudor style with 360 degree panoramic views overlooking links gold courses the ocean and montrose basin bird sanctuary.
Ride up in the external elevator, unless you feel energetic enough to walk up
Guests occupy the top two floors of the tower
Two bedrooms with super king sized beds but an additional single bed can be set up by arrangement
2x Mexican upmarket hammocks got the more adventurous
