Gemma Elizabeth Conway and Corrinne Scarrett will be here to greet you with a warm welcome and to assist you during your Cotswold escape with anything you may need to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

The Lansdowne Bedrooms with Breakfast is a boutique five-star accommodation located within 200 metres of the centre of the pretty village of Bourton on the Water, an iconic town in the Cotswolds. Choose to stay in one of our 14 classic rooms at The Lansdowne or in one of the beautiful rooms in The Lansdowne Quarters including a stunning luxury garden suite. The Lansdowne is adults only and pet free paired with our award-winning service and breakfast makes it the perfect base for your relaxing Cotswold escape. Stay in one of our standard double rooms or upgrade into a superior room for some complimentary mini fridge items, Diddly Squat crisps and a NESPRESSO machine. All rooms come with free parking directly outside, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, modern ensuite bathrooms and flat screen TVs. For groups of four we have the addition of our cosy Oakey Cottage located next door where you get all the luxuries of a self-catering cottage but the additional bonus of breakfast at The Lansdowne. Gemma and Corrinne are there to welcome all guests with a warm smile making you feel at home from the moment you step inside. They are on hand for any requests you may have throughout your stay to ensure you have the perfect break.
