The Grosvenor is a beautiful stone building built in 1895. It stands on the edge of summerleaze beach. It has 3 floors with 11 bedrooms. We have 1 twin, various doubles and 1 family room available. We also have a small single with a private bathroom.The Grosvenor is about to undergo a refurbishment late 2015 to include guest rooms and common areas to take advantage of the large rooms with high ceilings and natural daylight.During the refurbishment we hope to modernise but also retain original features and utilise them into the new decor.When complete there will be an adjacent changing area for surfing enthusiasts with wetsuit drying and board storage along with secure cycle storage.

The Grosvenor is in a prime position to access the South West Coastal path which makes it an ideal spot for coastal walks. For those who prefer a shorter distance there are several walks of varying distances along the Bude canal and River Neet valley. We are very close to two of the finest surfing beaches in North Cornwall and indeed the whole of the UK.
