A spacious converted barn, with:

* 5 min walk to the local pub which does great food and tea rooms, 5 mins drive from Barnstaple
We live on site and we are here if you need anything but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your stay!
The property is surrounded by paddocks but easily found just 2 minutes drive from the A361. It is just a short walk to the village and the local pub which serves good food. We are 15 minutes drive from several beaches and the area has numerous attractions for families.
