The Ginney Country Guest House, a beautiful barn conversion in the tranquil village of Catterlen, with private parking, Superfast WiFi, EV Charger, rural views, gardens and patios.
Converted from a traditional Lakeland Bank Barn and Gincase built in the 1700's from local stone, with characterful oak beams and trusses, offers 4 star ensuite Bed and Breakfast Accommodation and 4 star Self Catering Holiday Cottages near Penrith. Just 10 minutes away from Ullswater and the Lake District.
We originally converted the Ginney into a family home and converted additional barns in 2005 to create a purpose built Guest House.
Embrasing the future we have now installed an EV Charger.
Situated on the edge of The Lake District and just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Ullswater with its historic steamers and lovely mountain scenery.
