Beautiful spacious modern one bedroom cottage hosted by Anna & Bo
Quiet yet convenient location within easy walking distance to village amenities within a beautiful countryside setting on the edge of Salisbury Plain. Ideally situated for rambling walks across the rolling hills of Wiltshire with its many White Horses, panoramic views and pubs. It’s also a perfect base for exploring nearby historic cities and sites such as Bath, Salisbury, Bristol and the famous Stonehenge [15 min by car]. The Cottage is also convenient for visiting Marlborough, Bradford Upon Avon, Devizes, Lacock, Castle Combe , Avebury, and Caen Hill Locks. Dauntseys School is within a 10 min walk. A car is recommended for getting around although there are plenty of local footpaths as well as the nearby Wessex Ridgeway for walkers and cyclists. Buses run through our village from Salisbury, Bath & Trowbridge. Nearest train stations are Westbury, Pewsey or Salisbury.
