We are a couple with two children at university. We love living in Edinburgh and particularly during August when the Edinburgh Festival and Edinburgh Fringe are in full swing. We will be delighted to share our tips and suggestions with our guests on how to get the most out of their trip to Edinburgh.

We love living in Edinburgh and particularly during August when the Edinburgh Festival and Edinburgh Fringe are in full swing. Our home is located in the beautiful Murrayfield area of Edinburgh. It is in a quiet location and yet only a 20 minute walk to the West End of Edinburgh, 15 minutes walk to Haymarket railway station, 10 minutes to Murrayfield stadium, and 10 minutes walk to two major Edinburgh Art Galleries - the Dean and the Gallery of Modern Art. Edinburgh Zoo is a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction. There is of course an excellent bus service covering the whole of Edinburgh with numerous bus stops close by. The Murrayfield tram stop is only a 15 minute walk away with trams running every 10 minute to the city centre and the airport. The Water of Leith is also very close by as is Corstorphine Hill for beautiful walks. There is free car parking and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Your bedroom has central heating, superfast Wi Fi a smart speaker, USB charging points, plenty of hanging and storage space and a hairdryer. Guests have exclusive access to the breakfast room, their own private luxurious sitting room again with a smart speaker. Guests also have access to tea & coffee making facilities.
