A bright, modern, little apartment, set in a quiet corner of the town, close to the river beach and all local amenities. Comprising of one double bedroom with an on-suite shower room and the additional bonus of a tiny room with bunk-beds accommodating up to two children over the age of two. Bunks are not suitable for adults. In the modern kitchen we have provided a dishwasher and a washer dryer for your use, with an induction hob, full size oven and all the facilities to cook your own meals including pots, pans, crockery etc Central heating throughout the property makes it cozy in the winter months and is controlled by Nest, also Sky-Q is available on the flat screen TV and free high speed WiFi, which makes it ideal for business travelers as there is suitable space for working at a computer.

We are situated at the very end of Teignmouth, not far from the seafront, sandwiched between the Sea to the East and the River Beach to the West, both a stones throw away. There are lots of quaint little shops, tearooms eateries and pubs in close proximity. Parking on the road outside the property can be difficult in the height of the summer but there is a large car-park and several small ones within walking distance. We are happy to provide directions to these. We are situated in the old Coastguard Station which is now privately owned and therefore no vehicle access allowed. We have a local museum, well worth a visit and of course the Pier which adds to Teignmouth's charm. The mainline train station is a 10 minute walk and there are buses to Exeter, Torquay and Newton Abbot from the town centre.
