Our staff enjoy a multitude of activities including cycling and hiking through the local area, exploring the highlands and taking part in local festivals and events.

Property information

Once burnt to the ground the Jacobites, Thainstone House has risen from the ashes to become a high quality 4 star destinations with a 1 AA Rosette restaurant.

Neighbourhood information

With the local setting of Thainstone being that of Aberdeenshire’s fertile lands and the coastal fishing towns of Fraserburgh and Peterhead, as you might imagine, the quality of “doorstep” produce is phenomenal and that is of course reflected in the food philosophy at Thainstone House.
