Temeside Garden House is a modern beautifully furnished self contained and fully equipped holiday home situated in the rear garden of our mature Victorian property in Ludlow. You will have your own external access to the Garden House and private access to the garden with your own seating area. We provide milk, cereals, quality teas and coffees for guests. Due to Covid 19 we currently no longer provide fresh breakfast ingredients. There is free road side parking available alongside our home. There are riverside walks 2 minutes away and the town of Ludlow is a pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk alongside the River Teme. The last part of the walk to town is uphill along historic Old Street or the magnificent Broad Street. As hosts we respect your privacy but we are available if you need anything, or need to know about local facilities, restaurants, walks and arts and music venues etc.
Martin and Ruby have lived in Ludlow since 1989. This is our first venture into hospitality and we are committed to providing our visitors with all that is required to have great break here in Ludlow. We love the landscape and beauty of South Shropshire and the Welsh borders and we can share our knowledge of the area and its walks, its history and its culture with visitors. We are active in local music and arts events, keen - but very amateur - gardeners. We have no pets.
Ludlow is famous for its architecture, castle and church, food and arts festivals, independent shops and it fantastic restaurants and pubs. It is a popular place for visitors of all ages and cyclists and walkers who come to the Welsh borders to explore the stunning hill-scapes and countryside - whilst beautiful small villages are well worth exploring. The larger towns of Shrewsbury to the north and Hereford to the south are connected by train from Ludlow, whilst the welsh border towns of Powys are within a few minutes drive.
