My interests are craft work of a wide variety of forms including quilting, sewing and upholstery. In a past life I taught domestic science for thirteen years and ran my own restaurant for a number of years before opening up as a Bed and Breakfast establishment. I enjoy cooking and meeting new people. WE pride ourselves on our breakfasts which include a variety of fresh fruits, cereals, toast, full English, vegetarian and choice of teas and coffees including herbal teas and both tea and coffee decaffeinated.

St Marys Mount is a stone built 5 bedroom house in around 3/4 acre of enclosed gardens with extensive views over Ulverston and Morecambe Bay. The house still has its original features and has a mixture of antique and modern furniture. The house is situated a five minute walk from the town centre of Ulverston a pleasant market town on the edge of the Lake District. Lake Windermere is about fifteen minute drive which opens up the whole of the fantastic Lake District National Park.

The house is situated on the outskirts of town a five minute walk from the town centre and its many pubs and restaurants. There are a number of walks within a five-minute walk from the house and as stated above it is a short car drive ti the start of the Lake Disrict National Park and its many attractions.
