Therefore you will have with minimal interaction with me as host, unless of course you need anything. In which case I will do all that I can to ensure your stay is perfect. Please note there is a lady who is a permanent resident and lives downstairs and our lovely upstairs neighbours are often staying at their holiday home, so please be respectful in relation to noise.

Beautifully designed and well equipped Balcony Flat is on the brow of Alexandra Rd on the Porthmeor Beach side of St Ives. 10 mins downhill walk to the world class beaches, quaint shops, galleries, fabulous bars, restaurants plus historic pubs. Huge benefit of a parking space and outdoor shower for those needing a rinse off after a day surfing! The open plan flat features, kitchen&dining/lounge, king size bed, balcony and separate bathroom. It’s a perfect spot for visiting St Ives and more! Please note we allow 1 small dog upon request.

Just a few mins walk down hill and about 15 mins back up hill from central St Ives, away from the hustle and bustle Balcony Flat is in the Ayr part of town on Alexandra Rd. As there is a parking space you can decide if you want to drive around (not recommended in summer) however it’s an easy walk down and there are regular buses that pass your door or taxis if you don’t fancy the workout on the way home. You really have a lot of choice, once you arrive, walking is definitely the best way to get around especially in high season. However there is an area to lock up bikes if you bring them, plus regular buses, taxis and a train station if you’re arriving from further afield or want to let the train take the strain for your day trips.
