Guests have full access to the home—relax in the cosy living room, share meals in the dining area, or enjoy the back garden on those sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine for added ease during longer stays. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: a double room with a luxury mattress and fresh linens, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third single room—ideal for guests. The modern family bathroom features a bathtub with overhead shower, with a separate WC. Located within walking distance of train stations, the university, and the city centre, the home also benefits from great transport links, off-street parking, and easy access to Headingley’s shops, cafés, cricket ground, and rugby stadium.
