Spinney on the Green is a new, self-contained holiday retreat overlooking the 1st hole of the Hotchkin golf course at the National Golf Centre. From the property it is a short walk to the independent shops, cafes, inns and restaurants of this charming Edwardian village. *The SPACE* The semi-detached accommodation comprises: *BEDROOM*: with king size bed, wall-mounted TV; ensuite shower room with WC and wash hand basin. *LIVING/DINING*: Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen/diner and living room with a 55” Smart TV. Two sets of French doors lead onto your private terrace with garden chairs and table for outdoor dining with views across the expansive garden to the 1st hole. *GUEST ACCESS* - Key safe located next to the entrance. If we are unable to welcome you in person we will advise ahead of time of the code. - Guests welcome to use and explore gardens *EXTRA* Electric car point charger is available for an additional fee. Woodhall Spa is a lovely charming village with an Edwardian character. *WALKS* There are some lovely walks around the village and the surrounding woods. One of which is through the golf course which can be started from the back of our garden that boarders onto the Golf Course (Turning right. Tip: Please stand still whilst golfers are teeing off). Ostlers Plantation is another wonderful walk and only a 3 min drive way. Further afield we also have the beautiful and famous Wolds (visit lincswolds) *THINGS TO DO* MOVIES -The Kinema in the woods - Dating back from 1922 it is the only fully functioning cinema in the UK to employ back projection. (Tip: Catch the Organ playing during intermission from Screen 1 of the last movie every Saturday night or during peak times during the week) JUBILEE PARK - Gym, Outdoor Pool, Tennis and much more!
