The Aberdeen House is a baronial style granite building with turrets on the outside, offering modern bedrooms. Aberdeen House is in the heart of the city, across the street from the train station, bus station and ferry terminal. It is opposite Union Square, with easy access to Aberdeen’s other shopping malls and the many pubs, restaurants, theatres and attractions. There is free parking on the side streets from 20:00 until 08:00.

Visitors are not permitted in the bedrooms. There is a GBP 200 charge for unauthorised visitors or additional guests that are not included on the booking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any guests that are found smoking will be charged GBP 100.
Credit card details are required to secure the booking and guests may be charged a prepayment for their booking at any time after reservation.
Please note the hotel has no lift and all rooms are above ground level.
A surcharge of GBP 10 applies for arrivals after check-in hours after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
