We are located just outside the city boundary and a 20 min bike ride along the river to the Town Centre. If the bike isn't for you, the bus stop stahe coach citi (No3) is just on the corner. The property has free wifi, 32inch smart tv, microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge.We have a small table and 2 chairs plus a small sofa for your comfort.There's a comfortable double bed, clothrs rail, bedside table & lamps plus ensuite with towels and toiletries plus underfloor heating for comfort.

The location is perfect for river wallks, cycling, and the natural beauty and wildlife. We are not too far from the City Centre and Science Park. It takes around 20 mins on the Newmarket Road Park and Ride or Stagecoach Citi no 3 bus into town. We have a Michilene Chef running The Shepherd in Fen Ditton Village, and the Plough Inn is popular for river side eating. Barracuda Fish and Chip shop is 5 mins away plus One Stop convenience store for those daily essentials.
