We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. There is a 6 person hot tub and games area pool table and a dart board. please note that the hot tub may not be ready on day of arrival due to water change over. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is three bedrooms in this house and annexe which contains double beds or one of the doubles can be made into 2 singles. There is one bedroom with a king size bed. There are two bedrooms with bunk beds suitable for children only. There is one bedroom with onsuite, king size bed and a sofa bed if needed suitable for children only There is another bathroom with shower/ bath sink and toilet. There is another wc with toilet and sink. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, sink, bath and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per guest) are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 5pm, and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed unless in the smoking shelter - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
