Situated in the lovely Spa area this spacious, comfortable newly built apartment in a traditional Regency building with free parking for one car, five minutes' walk to the beach lift and Spa complex, 20 minutes walk to Oliver’s Mount and town centre.
‘Scarborough-Penthouse’ This apartment is absolutely unique, the space has a feeling of great comfort and elegance with fabulous panoramic views from all the large picture windows. Whilst being close to the beach and resort the penthouse offers a very calm and relaxing place for a holiday escape. High quality real leather sofas, Amazon Echo and a new 55” 4K TV, high speed broadband, comfortable beds, dining for six, and of course the specially designed balcony all help to make a stay here a truly memorable experience. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with a range of appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer and washing machine.
The large, modern, private bathroom with toilet includes both walk-in shower and a large bath tub with hand held shower. Both Amazon Prime Video on the TV and Amazon Prime music on Alexa are available for free.
There are two spacious bedrooms both with spectacular views over Scarborough town and the castle and towards the North Yorkshire Moors. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a double and single bed. There is also a single sofa bed in the living room.
Please note that the lift is quite small and won't take a wheel chair or push chair unless folded up. (36" by 36" 225kg)

With Oliver’s Mount on one side and the sea on the other the apartment is located in a quiet residential area but close to all of the town’s attractions with a wide range of shops, excellent restaurants, bars, and takeaway outlets close by. Stunning views over the South Bay and the Spa are just five minutes' walk away.
The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from the bus and train station if you want to travel further afield without taking the car.
The lovely Spa area of Scarborough is close to the Town and attractions but just a little quieter. The beach is a short walk via the lovely South Cliff Gardens or by the famous Cliff Lift. It's also and easy walk into town along the Marine Drive with superb views of the bay and Scarborough.
Very close bay are the local supermarkets including Sainsbury's and Costcutter, cafe, post office, takeaway, Pizza Hut and Chinese, and a number of other independent retailers. There is a large Tescos at the end of Filey Road more or less opposite the Stephen Joseph Theatre.
Heading towards the sea on Prince of Wales Terrace on the right is a small park with a seating area which is good for dog walking. At the end of the road is the superb view of whole South Bay, harbour and town overlooked by castle on the cliff tops. From this viewpoint you have a choice of directions left, right or down the lift. Straight ahead is the lift to the beach, gardens, the famous Clock Cafe and the Scarborough Spa complex including the wonderful Winter Gardens. From there you can walk all the way to South Bay and the harbour.
