61 Durham Street is perfectly located a few minutes walk from Scarborough's North Bay beach, The Open-Air Theatre, the new Alpamare Water Park, Peasholm Park and a number of lovely cafes, pubs & restaurants.
You are a 15 minute walk from Scarborough’s train station.
You can park for free outside the property or surrounding streets for up to 24 hours with a visitor permit provided by us.
There is also a long stay car park at William Street which is a 2 minute walk away.
