Surrounded by fields and orchards, with access via a country lane, it is fabulously quiet, with just the sound of nature, wonderful star-gazing and the odd hot air balloon drifting overhead! Parking is free and onsite, just outside the property. Exeter city and Tiverton town, with all amenities, are just 10-15 minutes by car, and the local village of Silverton, with excellent, well stocked shop and 2 pubs, is 2 miles away. Buses to these destinations regularly run from the end of the lane, and taxis, if required, can be found in both Exeter and Tiverton.
