We began developing an old barn on the site in 2019 and turned it into 5 mini lodges. We think they’re compact and bijoux, and quite fab and provide everything you need for a memorable and comfortable stay. We’ve kitted them out well and added some nice little touches so it feels a bit like like home but in another place. Our designs are intended to bring the outside in with big glass fronts and bi-folding doors and skylights to make each lodge light and airy and flood with Cornish sunshine when it comes out.

Situated in New Mill, A small Hamlet in the beautiful Cornish countryside. Expect a quiet night's sleep with the odd crow from the neighbor's cockerel in the morning. Wake to the birds chirping outside and the beautiful starlit sky at night. We have various stunning walking routes nearby and more than happy to recommend different walks/hikes be it the local quoit or the famous coastal walk from Gurnards head to St Ives. The lodges are in the perfect location where you have peace and quiet but not far away from all the local attractions. We are 5 miles from the town center of Penzance and also 5 miles from the beautiful village of St Ives.
