“The reason for an 8 and not a 10 is because you have to go to there sister hotel the rising sun for breakfast, also the bar closed at 6pm . The disabled room which is on the ground floor was lovely but extremely noisy as next to bar and toilets....”

Although we are not the same company we do have sister businesses in Lynton, what is great about booking with us is that you get a 10% discount for all hotel guests at The Greenhouse Restaurant (open every day and selected evenings )and The Queens pub (check opening times in low season )both situated in Lynton

Boutique Hotel & Private Hire The Rock House Hotel not only has its history and beautiful sights and scenery to offer, with the beach and harbour only meters away you can enjoy the magical place that is Lynmouth at its finest. Located centrally, right on the Lynmouth Harbour, our rooms and outside seating areas have some of the best views to offer in the area. We are now under new management and reopen our rooms from 7th October. Bed and breakfast will be available throughout the low season as per our booking schedule and our Restaurant will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Our available menus will be available on our website before we open. Everybody at The Rock House looks forward to welcoming you back soon.
