The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.

There should be a charge for the thermal suite :

- guests with treatment (access is included in the price)

- guests without treatment (£20 per person)

- non-residents without treatment (£30.00 per person hourly)

Our wellness centre is complimentary access for residents, strongly advise to prebook the thermal suite to avoid disappointment. Spa treatments additional charge, pre book advised.

The Randolph has now electric car charging points. Key points are 22kw fast charging at a price of 55p per kwh. For more info please contact front desk.

Please note bookings over 10 bedrooms or more, or over 25 nights will be subject to group terms. A representative from the hotel will be in contact if this is required

Pet fee is GBP 60 per pet per stay for 1-4 nights, GBP 100 per pet per stay for 5+ nights. Pay at the hotel directly.
