It is the guests responsibility to pay the Clean Air Zone Charge. Guests must check if their vehicle meets the criteria prior to travelling. Visit the Government website to enter your car registration to check. If the vehicle doesn’t meet the criteria then charges per day will apply: Eight GBP per day for Cars, Taxi’s, Vans. Individuals will be able to pay themselves online or over the phone 6 days prior to the visit or the day of visit. PREMIER SUITES Birmingham will not be liable for any penalty notices. Please note a day runs from midnight to midnight. So for example, to drive in at 10pm and leave at 6am you will be subject to 2 charges.
Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES will forward their standard terms and conditions and important property information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the property directly using the contact details supplied on your booking confirmation. PREMIER SUITES Birmingham do provide guests the option for self-check in, available upon a request in advance of arrival date. To arrange this, please notify the property. The team at PREMIER SUITES Birmingham would need to issue guests with a SOT Pay online secure payment link to complete the payment transaction in advance of the arrival. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday and Friday, from 09:00 until 20:00, Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 until 18:00 ,Saturday from 10:00 until 19:00, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 11:00 until 17:00. Reservations for 3 or more apartments will be considered a group booking, and 20% of your payment is due at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. Failure to pay the booking deposit, return the group contract on time, or to disclose that you are visiting as part of a group could result in your booking being cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse group bookings if we suspect they may cause disruption to other guests. We have the right to refuse to check-in such groups and will not refund any monies paid in advance in the event of non-disclosure of the group at time of booking. You will receive the SOT pay link as described to process your payment. This must be completed before check in. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. Please note that the security deposit of £250 per apartment can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder.
