This spacious and newly renovated home is set in a quiet side street within easy walking distance of Anfield and Goodison Park. Perfect for both match day and stadium tours it is an ideal base for not only football fans but all visitors to the city, with the centre a ten minute car journey away. The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms and an impressive loft conversion making it suitable for a maximum of 6 guests. There is also a spacious lounge with television, and free superfast wi-fi along with a fully equipped kitchen for anyone thinking of a longer stay. Finally, the large family bathroom offers a bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink. There is an out door area to the rear of the property for those who wish to smoke. Pets are welcome. Entry to and departure from the house is via a lockbox so there is no need to waste any of your stay liaising with an agent. The house is professionally cleaned between stays to the highest standard.
