Hi, I'm Rachel, your host. I'm an interior designer and love creating beautiful places for our guests to stay. I love welcoming guests to our home. I was born in the South West but have lived all over the world. We chose Cornwall to return to and we are very happy we did. In my spare time, I love to go walking with our dog Teddy.

Property information

Penarwyn House is a large Victorian house which is set in large, private gardens, just outside Par on the south coast of Cornwall. At Penarwyn, we've created two beautiful apartments which we are now holiday letting. Please note that the apartments are located on the first and second floor so may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The house is in a great location for visiting all the best that Cornwall has to offer. We're very close to several beaches also the coastal towns of Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey. Newquay and the North Coast is only 35 minutes away.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in St Blazey, which is on the South coast of Cornwall. We are less than a mile from the Eden Project and the closest beach is about the same distance. We are also close to Fowey, Charlestown, Pentewan and Mevagissey but there are some beautiful lesser known beaches close by too.
