Park Cottage is a Grade II listed property which once belonged to Warwick Castle. It stands at the entrance to Warwick Castle and within easy walking distance of the town's facilities. We have 7 uniquely furbished rooms all with en-suite facilities and free wi-fi access. There is free guest parking alongside the property. Park Cottage is a timber framed structure and retains main original features, such as oak beamed floors and ceilings throughout. Breakfast is served in a room that once acted as the dairy for the castle and retains its original sandstone floor.

I have spent the majority of my working life in the Hospitality Industry meeting and taking care of people. I love the variety of guests that I meet at Park Cottage, as I have regular business customers who visit us on a weekly basis and have done so for up to 10 years, then I have my leisure customers, some visit on a regular basis, others from all around the world may just visit once, but I very much enjoy hearing about their lives, trips and making recommendations for their onward journey.

The main attraction in Warwick is it's 1,100 year old Castle, however, the town boasts many medieval buildings and offers the modern traveller a variety of independent shops for browsing in and high quality restaurants/bars for dining in...all within easy reach from Park Cottage. Stratford upon Avon is only 8 miles drive away, Royal Leamington Spa, 3 miles and Kenilworth Castle, 6 miles drive. Birmingham Airport is 18 miles drive away, Warwick University is a 15 minute drive...so all easily accessible.
