We are attempting to lower our impact upon the environment, so in our Welcome Pack, on your arrival you will find that we are using hypoallergenic and low environmental impact products. We regularly get over 9.5 on our clean scores. We want all our guests to communicate with us and assist with ensuring we can make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We will provide towels and Bedding for the number of guests staying, with a welcome pack (all bookings) consisting of tea towel, 2 clothes, washing up sponge, toilet roll, bin liner, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, some tea, coffee and sugar (no milk). We can organize some shopping, if you contact us, and will charge at a small fee, to be ready for your arrival. Be aware that last minute 1 night or similar stays may require a change to the check in time to after 6pm, but no late check-in charge will apply. Owned by a Professionally Qualified Cleaner (Haigh Hygienic), you can be assured Oyster is kept clean and hygienic. With expertise in environmental cleaning, hygiene, hospitality, NHS, public services and consultation, your host wants your visit to be as calm and enjoyable as possible, but if you wish to contact for feedback or requirements, please do not hesitate. We always attempt to use materials which are good for the environment and less damaging to the natural beauty of the area, especially the fine beaches within a short walk of the location. A 100 pounds refundable deposit is always required on arrival, and returned on inspection of the property at check out.

NOTE- During Nov 2024 - Mar 2025, facilities on site are restricted due to improvements. A 2 bedroom Static Home with outside Patio area, Double Bed, 2 Small Single Beds, and central heating throughout. There is lots of space in the Lounge Area and a renewed fold out double bed in the Seating area. A Colour TV with regular Channels, and Smart, so you can log into your Netflix or similar accounts. A Dining Area, with enough to set for 6 Visitors. We use a well established independent cleaning solution, called Haigh Hygienic (search on Google) and our scores are regularly above 9.5. Sorry, NO PETS in or around the Property. Plenty of Parking around the Seaview site, although it does get busy in the Summer months. The pebble beach is a very short walk and there is a long sea wall used by cyclists and walkers to enjoy the view of the bay and further afield. A small outside patio area has recently been added, to further our commitment to avoiding the excessive use of plastic and non re-useable materials, rather than a large outside decking which would damage any of our beautiful natural environment. We intend to supply a small WELCOME SET for our guests which will be in the form of recycled bottles containing hypoallergenic essentials to get you started. We also, if requested, will provide a few essential food items. The location is professionally & hygienically cleansed after every guest visit and we pride ourselves in maintaining a high level of service. In 2024 we have new memory foam topped mattresses, a FOOD WELCOME PACK (for bookings over 300) excluding any Non refundable rate which includes a transfer option to another date if required. Be aware that the single beds in the small room, are really only suitable for up to 60-70kg each, after which it may not be completely comfortable for your guests. Whitstable is a world renown town for sea foods, idyllic lifestyle, and fantastic sea views. There is easy access to historical, cultural and similarly legendary areas of interest. With the city of Canterbury a short car drive away, you can enjoy a mix of modern and historical opportunities to enrich your stay. The Seaview park has opportunities to purchase passes to access the facilities at a reasonable cost. The owners and visitors, at Seaview have high standards and expectations, with a well maintained site, very close to the beach wall stretching for miles in both directions around the coast.
