The annex has recently been extended to a large 1500 sqft area, providing a beautiful kitchen with an island and main attraction piece, a fully electric aga.
Leading off this is a large utility room with a ceiling clothes rail.

Very suitable for less mobile guests.
There is a small cloakroom toilet off the main living area as well as the stunning ensuite with double sink, bidet and easy access shower chair for those who need some extra support.
