We are passionate about shopping local. As far as possible, we source local, ethically produced produce, and the diners in our popular Welsh Tapas bar seem to agree that the freshness and quality of our ingredients set us apart - just check out Tripadvisor if you don't believe us!
Our tapas bar is open Fridays and Saturdays (plus most nights during the summer!) but we also offer a menu of charcuterie and small plates with wine / gin / beer flights for guests staying on nights where our tapas bar is closed.
