The river Nith and Dumfries Town Centre with many bars, restaurants and shops is a five/10 minute walk from Number 3 @ Victoria. The local museum and observatory is a 5 min walk away as is the Devorgilla bridge house museum. The recently restored Peter Pan Moat Brae House and Burns house are also close by. There are riverside walks in both directions to either the Dock Park, Castledykes park and the Burns walk .
Number 3 @ Victoria is situated in an established and quiet residential area close to the main route to the glorious Solway Coast beaches of Sandyhills, Kippford and Rockcliffe. Public transport is nearby with bus stops on hand and Dumfries train station is a 15 minute walk from Number 3 @ Victoria where you can travel to the main cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
