We started doing B&B in 2003 and have been renovating the property at the same time.
Steve is a plumber & builder which is very useful when undertaking such a huge project.
Tracy was a Bank Manager with experience working in restaurants.

The property dates from 1262 and is the original Manor house of Ash Village, it even has its own chapel/chancel in the local Ash Church.
We are 5 star with a gold award and won best B&B for 2015

We are ideally placed with lots of things to do, we are minutes away from Wingham Wildlife park, we are the closest accommodation to them, the park is great for all ages.
Howletts zoo is 10 minutes away, Sandwich is just 2 miles away and Canterbury 8 miles, Dover Castle is about 15 minutes and Leeds Castle 30minutes. We are very close to a number of beaches and 10 minutes from a number of major golf courses.
