The apartments only accept guests aged 25 or over. Proof of age (copy of ID) will be required on the day of making the reservation.
Children are allowed when staying with their family. Please provide the property with a date of birth in the comments section when booking otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.
Check-in instructions: please indicate your estimated time of arrival when booking and check-in details will be sent to you.
Credit card details are required as a security bond and may be used to cover any damage or breakage.
Deposit will be required on the discretion of the hotel.
When booking 2 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
We do not offer parking. Multi storey parking is available next door at Liverpool Waters Car Park.
