Set close to the banks of the Lower River Axe in the grounds of The Burcott Inn with stunning views of the Somerset countryside and the Mendip Hills less than 2 miles from the centre of the beautiful city of Wells. Within easy distance of the fantastic attraction of Wookey Cave, where you can tour the limestone caves hidden deep below the Mendip Hills or delve into towering limestone cliffs of Cheddar Gorge. A charming blend of nature and history awaits the visitor to The Burcott Cottages. A very short stroll away is the wonderful Burcott inn a traditional country inn with real ales and fine locally sourced cuisine.
