The Meldrums Hotel dates back to 1840 and thanks to its distinctive black and white exterior, is an iconic landmark within the beautiful Conservation village of Ceres, Fife. The hotel was recently completely refurbished and has three stylish suites on offer.
Each suite is decorated to a high standard and has its own unique chic Scottish style and comfortable surroundings. The living spaces have been carefully considered and comprise of a lounge and dining area, kitchen geared towards light meal preparation with microwave/grille, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, egg cooker, fridge and dishwasher (Note: no dishwasher in Valentine Suite) and separate bedrooms with en suites. All suites have delightful outlooks.
Outside, there are garden areas to enjoy (depending on which suite you choose). All suites have access to a guest utility room with wet room and storage facilities, washing and drying.
There is private hotel parking. The hotel restaurant is not open at the moment but there is good selection of excellent restaurants nearby.
There are various beautiful walks to be taken, starting from the hotel.
Other features include king size beds, high chair and cot (if available) and extra guest bed (if available). Plus 43" Smart TV's, Wi-fi /USB outlets, hypoallergenic bedding, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, safe box, books and games, tea, coffee, sugar, salt.
By prior arrangement guests may bring one dog to the Lunardi and Valentine Suites (only).

Our beautiful listed building is surrounded by nature and rolling countryside making it the perfect destination for all including walkers and cyclists. The village has a shop and offers various other amenities with the nearby town of Cupar providing supermarkets, a fuel station, vehicle charging points, a mainline train station and shops.
The wonderful historic university town of St Andrews has many exquisite walks, castles, gardens, parks, fishing villages and visitor centres showing off our rich cultural and agricultural heritage. There is an abundance of outdoor sporting pursuits (lots of golf!) to be found.
