We have been operating in Southport since 2019 and are soon to open our first venture north of the border, in Edinburgh's vibrant West End this Autumn. Our mission is to offer our guests a modern take on boutique hotel stays - the latest technology allows us to eliminate waiting in line at reception and offering our guests control over check in and check out processes. We also pride ourselves on offering the most comfortable beds in the business along with modern and fresh interior design and complimentary room amenities. Lynwood House is a "smart hotel" where we employ the latest hotel management technology to make your guest experience as streamlined as possible. No more waiting in line at reception, you will receive a door entry code prior to arrival and a personalised room key once you enter the hotel. Once you have booked you will receive an email from our "Pre-Check In" service provider - Charge Automation - requesting you to provide brief ID information via a simple to use online portal. Once you have submitted this information you will gain access to your online guidebook which is full of useful information about the hotel and local area. It is important to check your guidebook for directions, parking and door access details for the hotel. Please note we do not have a 24/7 reception, however our local team is on hand to help you with any requests. Our guests can enjoy a communal lounge and kitchen area as well as a dedicated Golfer's locker room. Conference and Golf facilities are both within easy reach and we are just a short stroll from the Promenade and Lord Street, with its famous tree lined boulevard and classic buildings and gardens. 'Garden by the Bay' is our 3 bedroom flat with private garden, that can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children. A fully renovated flat with 2 super king bedrooms (can be set up as twins) and a huge attic room with 1 double bed and 2 fully sized single beds. The attic room would be great for the kids - please note ceilings are low and not suitable for adults. With a gorgeous modern kitchen diner perfectly kitted out for all your self catering needs and a tastefully decorated lounge that opens up to the rear private garden.
