This first floor 2-bedroom luxury apartment (about 90sqm) has stunning views towards Stirling Monumnet. It is within a prestigious development which benefits from elevator, security entry system and private residents and visitors parking provision.
The apartment has impressive dining kitchen with integrated kitchen appliances, master bedroom with en-suite, one further double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Onsite parking spaces are available for free. Superstore, bakery and bus stop are within 2-minute walk.
Please no smoking, no parties, no pets, and no large gatherings.
