Lon y Traeth Bed & Breakfast is a 15 minutes walk from the beautiful Red Wharf Bay Beach, why not stop off along the way for a tour around the Red Wharf Bay vineyard and taste their beautifull wines! Only 5 minute walk from the local pub "The Panton Arms"that offers good homemade food and a wide selection of Ale's. Pentraeth is a small community village but still has everything that you would need to hand, two great pubs, petrol station with a post office and Spar with off licence, Chinese takeaway only to name a few. We have a great scurry of Red Squirrels in Pentraeth forest, which is great for walking or off road cycling. We are also just off the famous Anglesey Coastal Path. Pentraeth also has a very good football team who play for the Gwynedd League, the fourth tier of the Welsh football. In 1859 Charles Dickens stayed in the village on his trip as a journalist for the Times to visit the shipwreck of the Royal Charter in Moelfre.
