This charming property is situated in a popular quiet road, within 5-10 minutes walking distance of Swanage town centre and of course the golden sandy beaches of Swanage.
The accommodation is well laid out to the high standards.
The ground floor offers a spacious Living Room and Dining area, which features exposed beams and beautiful exposed Purbeck stone walls, that add to the character of this lovely property.
Newsflash: All beds (frames, mattresses, beddings - includes duvets and pillows) are new since Feb 2022, together with the new bathroom.
