Grade 2 listed, Little Drift is a unique and individual property nestled at the foot of the Long Mynd in the heart of the South Shropshire Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage, which has its own entrance and parking, is a converted cow shed with many original beams giving the house a cosy authentic feel.
With two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen/diner and a large sitting room to relax in. There is also a utility room with a washing machine/tumble dryer.
Guests have the use of a small patio area within the shared courtyard. There is no access to gardens.

Hosts live on site, whilst approachable and happy to help with any questions or concerns, they are discreet and unobtrusive.

Edgton is a beautiful, quiet, sleepy village. Situated on The Shropshire Way, there are many stunning walks and bike rides right from the front door.
There are many attractions to enjoy within the vicinity of Little Drift. There are a number of National Trust properties from castles to stately homes. Several have both woodland play areas and some stunning woodland walks. South Shropshire has been well know as a food destination for many years and visitors can enjoy a huge range of fantastic food, including superb gastro-pubs, award winning burgers, Asian flavour, French gastronomy and local seasonal fare at its best. Annual festivals include the renown Ludlow Food Festival (2nd weekend in September), Bishops Castle Beer Festival (early July), Clun Green Man Festival (mid June), Ludlow Christmas Fayre (late November) and the Shrewsbury Flower Festival (2nd weekend in August). However it is the scenery that is the real star with many paths such as Offas Dyke and the Shropshire Trail on our doorstep.
