We live on a residential no through road which is generally quiet. There is a school nearby so just avoid arriving at school pick up or drop off. Lytham high street is a 10 minute walk away. St Anne’s is 30 mins walk or a 5 min drive and Blackpool 15 minutes drive away. Lytham has bus and train routes to all areas. Preston is nearest city which is on train line from Lytham. Lytham town and sea front is a 10 minute walk. Lytham hall is also 10 minutes to walk. Park view park and cafe are 5 minutes away. There are good bus and train routes near by.
